With my work, I find myself in the area of tension between documentation and staging. The photographic work with the residents of the Madretsch neighbourhood in Biel shows a documentation that is no longer entirely truthful, but is nevertheless based on true events. The re-enactment of observed scenes with people from this multicultural and national neighbourhood is intended to show how well it is possible to live together, despite different origins, cultures and interests.
